Jim's input on the lighting of the show was very helpful. Even though the show is to be lit in a very basic manner, there are certain preferences that needed to be explained. For example, there are no blackouts in the entire length of the show. Rather, there are subtle shifts in the intensity of the light between acts. Aside from that there is only one special that involves lighting a small area of the catwalk.
